Damaged or missing orders. If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us and we will resend it or refund you in full. You do not need to send anything back. A photo of the damage helps us sort it out faster.

Change of mind. We do not accept returns or give refunds for change of mind. All other sales are final.

How refunds are paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
