1. Who we are. This store is run by GlowHand, Spitalgasse 28, 3011 Bern, Switzerland ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and prices. Prices are shown in US dollars. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, the price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

3. Payment. You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods shown there. We only ship paid orders.

4. Shipping. We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery times, and what happens if an order is late or lost, are set out in our shipping policy.

5. Returns and refunds. These are set out in our refund policy.

6. The product. The GlowHand light is a novelty item. It is not approved for use on public roads. Vehicle lighting and traffic rules differ from place to place, and you are responsible for checking and following the rules that apply to you. Use it only where and when it is safe and legal to do so. Batteries are not included.

7. Reviews. Reviews on this site come from marketplace buyers of this product and from our own customers. We do not verify marketplace reviews.

8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for fines or damage that result from how or where the product is used. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of the place where you live gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the place where you live.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
